I am sure you are aware that the impacts of COVID-19 (also known as Coronavirus) are continuing to evolve across Australia and the rest of the globe and due to this we have seen a large number of clients move into a remote working environment. 

With regard to coronavirus (COVID-19) we are closely monitoring the situation and are following the guidance from the World Health Organisation and local public health authorities in the cities and regions affected.

Currently, our teams are operating on a business as usual basis from remote working locations in accordance with the current health advice. The situation is difficult to forecast with any degree of certainty, and therefore our plans will adapt as required to any changes in advice from the relevant health authorities.

Switch Connect’s Core network is designed and operated to be concurrently maintainable, ensuring reliability as well as flexibility in the management of component faults, without affecting service delivery.

We are still here to help our partners, customers and suppliers enable their workforces to continue to work as usual as possible from remote locations.

To this end, we are offer Teams Calling with no contract terms until the end of June and provisioning within 4 hours.

We have a network of Partners Globally on standby ready to assist the customer need help to enable Teams Calling on their Tenant.

Secondly to this, we have our training team on standby for any customers who might need to rapidly remotely training their staff on how to use Teams and work remotely efficiently.

As a secondary option, we have also in partnership with Ribbon Communication made Collaboration on our Hosted UC platform free till the end of June for customers who aren’t using the Microsoft Office Suite or aren’t in a position to roll out Teams Calling.
